What do I need when I apply for a library card?

Library Cards are free!!!!!!
When you apply for a library card, bring in proof of residence and proof of identity.
(A driver's license with your current address will satisfy both requirements. If your driver's license doesn't have your current address, bring in a current utility bill with your address.

You will be asked to provide the following information on your registration card:
• Last name
• First name
• Middle initial
• Mailing address
• Street address (if different than mailing address)
• Phone Number(s)
• Signature
• Date of signature
• Children under the age of 18 must have a responsible adult sign their registration form to indicate that the adult will be legally responsible for the child's fines and bills
• Gender
